What you sign, in plain English

Platforms accept takedown notices from the brand or from someone it has authorised. This one-page authorisation is how you authorise us. Until online signing is live, email contact us at hello@clonehound.io and we'll send the form.

What it lets us do

• File takedown reports with online platforms in your brand's name, as your authorised agent.
• Only for the trademarks, copyrights and brand names you list.
• Only against listings, ads and stores that we have checked and that you have not told us to skip.

What it does not let us do

• Sue anyone, send legal demands or settle anything for you.
• File against genuine resellers or the official domains and stockists you give us.
• Sign contracts or spend money in your name.

What you confirm

• You own the marks and rights you list, or are entitled to enforce them.
• The list of your official domains and authorised resellers is accurate.
• You understand platforms ask whoever files to state, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is made in good faith. We make that statement as your agent, based on what you confirm here.

Your control

• You see what we plan to file for you and what we have filed.
• You can withdraw the authorisation at any time by emailing hello@clonehound.io, and we stop filing straight away.
• There is no annual term. See refunds.
